The law Firm of Robert M. Schwartz, P.A. was founded in 1989, by Robert M. Schwartz. The Firm has offices in the downtown areas of Miami and Hollywood, Florida and has always limited its practice to Intellectual Property, namely patent, trademark, copyright and related matters including litigation in State and Federal Courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
In Miami, the Firm established itself as one of the premier boutique patent, trademark and copyright Firms in South Florida. During this time, the Firm attained its prestigious AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, which it still retains.
The Firm's Senior Partner is board certified as an expert in intellectual property law (Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization) and was a charter member of the South Florida Patent Law Association (now Intellectual Property Law Association of Florida), and is a former member of national intellectual property organizations including the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
In 2005 the Firm moved to Hollywood, Florida where it is currently located. In 2007 the firm expanded with a satellite office in Downtown Miami.
